2. Data and purposes
We process account names and one-way password hashes, supplied display names, language preferences, character settings, uploads, conversations, and support messages to provide the service. IP addresses, request logs, and session cookies support security and sign-in. Live payment and identity-verification integrations are not enabled; we do not currently request card or ID-document details.
3. Retention
Account and service records are retained as needed for the relevant feature. Account closure blocks login and removes the public profile. Personal data without a settlement, dispute, or other retention reason is deleted promptly after a verified deletion request. Where transactions occur, applicable Korean law requires five years for contract, cancellation, payment and delivery records, and three years for consumer complaint or dispute records. Server logs are configured for 14 days and rotating backups become eligible for deletion after 35 days, with previous recovery versions removed after another 35 days.
4. Infrastructure and external processing
Servers, databases and files use Amazon Web Services in Seoul. The frontend uses Vercel’s global hosting and delivery network; web-request IP and access information may be processed outside Korea along the delivery path. Production AI, payment-provider and identity-verification integrations are disabled. Required provider, country, data and retention disclosures will be prepared before activation. Databases and customer records are not shared with our other services.
5. Cookies and your rights
Cookies and browser storage maintain sessions, prevent forged requests, and remember language or theme settings. You can clear or block them, which may disable sign-in. Verified access, correction, deletion, restriction and consent-withdrawal requests are handled through support, subject to applicable legal retention duties.
6. Safeguards and updates
We use HTTPS, password hashing, encrypted storage, restricted access and separate secret storage. Changes to this policy or processing are announced through the service. Contact support with any privacy concern.
