Refund and credit policy

Digital delivery
Credits are for AI character conversations; nothing is physically shipped. After payments open, credits are delivered to the purchasing account after approval is verified. Listed prices are in KRW including VAT. Any different payment currency will be shown before checkout.
Validity and usage
The listed paid credits are valid for 1,825 days from receipt. No bonus credits are included. Costs vary by AI model, so a credit quantity is not a guaranteed number of messages. Review the displayed usage cost before generating a response.
Cancellation
An entirely unused purchase can be submitted for a full refund within seven days of purchase. For later requests or partially used packages, contact support about the unused balance. We assess usage records and applicable law and explain any calculation. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed content remain available.
Requesting a refund
Email help@umg.kr with your account name, order number, and reason. Do not send passwords or full card numbers. Approved refunds return through the original payment method within the applicable legal deadlines; payment-provider posting times may vary.
Current payment status
Payment integration is being prepared. No real purchase, charge, or refund transaction is currently created. Provider and payment-method details will be updated before checkout opens. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
