1. Service and operator
Yapee is an AI character conversation and creation service operated by UMG Co., Ltd. (주식회사 음양관). Characters and stories are fictional. AI output is not guaranteed to be factual or professional advice.
2. Account and eligibility
The service is for adults. Complete the required age verification before accessing conversations and content. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Impersonation, verification bypass, unlawful content, and violations of others’ rights are prohibited.
3. Credits
Credits are digital units used to generate AI responses within Yapee. Package quantity, price including VAT, and validity are shown before purchase. Usage varies by model and response settings. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Credits are not an investment or a cash redemption product.
4. Delivery and availability
Once payments are available, credits are delivered to the purchasing account after payment approval is verified. Uncertain results are reconciled to prevent duplicate charges or credit grants. Payments are currently being prepared: package review is available, but no order or charge is created. Contact support about failed requests or balance errors.
5. Content rights
You must have the rights needed to upload your content. We process it to provide the service and address reports. Copyright infringement, privacy violations, and illegal sexual or exploitative content are prohibited. We do not guarantee exclusive rights or copyright eligibility for AI output.
6. Refunds and contact
